Out on the central NSW coast, Tallowood Drive in Ourimbah a 9 yo girl managed to fend off her would be abductors not once but twice.

Whilst i’m happy she did so, just how crap of a pedophile do you have to be to not be able to stop a 9 year old girl?

The wannabe kidnapper first tried to just pull her off the bike but not willing to let some dirty old man ruin her Sunday ride, she took off and sped away.

Wannabe kidnapper then returns in a van with re-enforcements and failed again, the cyclist escaping with a bloody nose and some bruising on her legs.

What, are 90 year old perverts driving around in vans unable to subdue little girls? I think this sends out a clear message about the elements of society that are intent on child kidnappings and sings wonderful praises about the benefits of cycling.

Bicycle Victoria should get onto this immediately.

Details about the girl have naturally been suppressed for her own protection but I hope somebody is organising a brand new bike for her. I’d happily donate some of my Rudd dollars towards a collection, she’s definitely earned it.
