@Isabelle

we tend to marry just once in our life

Uh, no you don't.

Getting a divorce here is a bit more rubbish with the whole mutual agreement requirement (and subsequent flourishing of the private investigatior industry), but lets not pretend divorce doesn't happen in Taiwan.

We do not always”either deeply in love or you don’t know the person, there’s no middle ground”,it’s hard to explain,sorry my english isn’t well enough,but i had to sat it’s not true

That's pretty much been my experience. Either a girl doesn't really know you here and is just fooling around and wasting time, or she wants to have your babies and be your soulmate.

Normally you'd date to get from the first point to the second yet I've had to explain this concept way to many times to people here. They just assume they'll find a soulmate (or be introduced to one) without getting to know people through dating.

Well,ive never date before,but i dont agree with you,not all of it.

I guess we just want to make it a special day,to be beautiful and everything,just so u can remember the best day of ur life(we tend to marry just once in our life)

And don't worry about the bride in the photo u took,we hav great photographer in Taiwan,u won't even regonize that place after the picture is out

About the dating part,my guess is that we treated our relationship more seriously,i mean,do u guys date for fun or its some kind of recreation? We do not always"either deeply in love or you don’t know the person, there’s no middle ground",it's hard to explain,sorry my english isn't well enough,but i had to sat it's not true

But yes,we do spend a lot on wedding(culture thing)I think i wont spent that much when i get marry(while i doubt if that day will ever come)
