		<description>Don&#039;t laugh- chicken testicles are a wonderful source fo protein and make an ideal staple for a champion&#039;s diet. Personally I prefer them done lightly basted in garlic butter but breaded and fried works well too!</description>

I think it might be herbal grass jelly and some sort of tapioca balls by looking at the picture and your description. Did they serve it hot or cold?</description>
