Psh what's pork belly without the fat, of course it was fatty.

I know it's artery clogging but I just love the fatty goodness of pork belly cooked Asian style.

(I'm trying not to crack it having 10-15 minutes a day to do everything internet related. Hopefully things are back to normal by Sunday and I can properly run this site again!)

Try run your life from overseas, write a blog and look up teaching guides in 15 minutes without a mobile phone!

Jeez Oz.. you're brave!
We were in Hong Kong recently and decided to go into one of the local back street food joints for a meal one night.. similar issues as yourself.. had not a clue what we were eating, strange uncommon smells though not bad tasting. The kids were freaking out and all the local patrons were totally enjoying watching us as we tentatively started to eat.
It was a little disturbing when at one stage they all started clapping and egging us on with one particular dish!! Wish I knew what we were eating!
Good times though.. wish you well on your adventure!
